- Rescheduling Window: You can modify your ticket date up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.
- Timing Flexibility: You can adjust the time of your booking up to 1 hour prior to your original time.
- Terms of Rescheduling: You’re allowed to reschedule your visit for a comparable date within 90 days of the original date, up to three times**, provided the original date has not yet passed.

Date Eligibility: You can only change to dates that match the terms of your original ticket; for example, if you purchased a weekday ticket, you cannot switch to a weekend or higher-priced date.
- Availability: Date and time availability is updated live and can change based on ticket sales. Even if a date is eligible for rescheduling, it may be sold out, so it’s best to act quickly.
**Ticket Restrictions: Some promotional tickets may be non-exchangeable, and the ability to change dates depends on the specific terms and conditions of your ticket type.
Multi Attraction Tickets
If you've purchased a multi-attraction ticket, this information is essential. The initial time you select during the purchase only applies to the main attraction through which you booked.
After completing your purchase, you will need to log into the booking portal to schedule a date and time for the other attractions included in your ticket. Availability may vary, and you have up to 90 days from your first visit to book times for the remaining attractions.
Please remember, you must have a scheduled time for each attraction before your visit.
Accessing the Account Holder Portal
- Please log into the Account Holder Portal using your order number and email address entered at the time you made the booking N.B if using Apple or Google Pay, please enter the email address associated with this account.
- Enter the 6 digit verification code sent to your email. The code will expire after 10 minutes if not activated.
- If you did not receive a 6 digit verification code via your email, you can request a new code after 60 seconds N.B if using Apple or Google Pay, the verification code will be sent to the email address associated with the booking
- Once logged into the portal, you can view your tickets, view your payment receipt or amend the date/ time of your visit subject to availability and the specific ticket terms and conditions.
