If you have Big Bus tickets booked as part of combination tickets, please just head to an available Big Bus bus stop to start your journey. The nearest one to us is Baker Street.
Please remember your Big Bus ticket will only be valid on the day you start your Big Bus journey.
If you have any carer tickets in your booking, they will not be valid for Big Bus, however Big Bus will issue carer tickets via their online live chat/customer services team in advance for anyone with a Merlin cluster ticket containing Big Bus. They cannot issue carer tickets on the day or at the bus stops.
