Carer tickets.
When booking a multi-attraction ticket, you will see the option to include a carer ticket within your booking. This provides you with carer access to all of the attractions listed on your ticket.
Please note that carer tickets cannot be purchased on their own as we do require you to accompany a full paying visitor.
Please note documentation will be required at each attraction. You must book a timeslot for each attraction you wish to visit.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to issue Carer tickets on behalf of Big Bus. Big Bus will issue carer tickets via their customer service team in advance for anyone with a Merlin cluster ticket containing Big Bus. They will however not issue these on the day on the street. You can contact the Big Bus customer service team via the Live Chat function on the Big Bus official website.
Please note that carer tickets cannot be purchased on their own, as they are for guests accompanying another guest with additional needs. If you have already made a booking and require a carer ticket, please contact our guest excellence team by phone - our opening hours and contact details can be found here. Our team on site can also print a carer ticket for you on the day of your visit, provided that you have the correct documentation with you.
Our trained staff will ensure that guests who are unable to use the stairs are transported safely from floor to floor using our accessibility lifts and stair lifts. For safety reasons we can only accept three wheelchair users in the building at any one time. Please book your wheelchair slot here.
