As a popular London attraction, Madame Tussauds London can get busy during peak periods such as weekends and school holidays.
To ensure a smooth experience, please join the queue at the scheduled time of your booking and not before, as we are unable to offer early entry, and our Admissions team may need to ask you to come back at the time indicated on your tickets.
If you plan on visiting Madame Tussauds London during a school holiday or weekend, we do recommend that quieter times of the day to visit are usually found later in the day towards last entry. However, this is not guaranteed, and visitor numbers and flow vary every day.
Our staff are trained to recognise the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Lanyard.
If you wear a Sunflower Lanyard, our staff will know that you may require additional assistance, such as being brought forward through a queue, helped to find a quiet area, or helped to skip a certain section of the attraction. Please talk to a member of staff if you require any assistance. We are also able to provide ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones, although please bear in mind that we do have a limited amount of these, and they are hired out on a first come, first served basis.
