Madame Tussauds London does not provide lockers.
All belongings should be kept with you at all times during your visit, however guests can leave large bags and coats in our cloakroom at the side of the building for an additional cost.
As we do not allow Baby buggies/pushchairs/prams/strollers into the attraction they can be left free of charge.
PLEASE NOTE: If you will need to use a pushchair for accessibility reasons, we would recommend booking a wheelchair timeslot well in advance of your visit, as spaces are very limited due to the nature and layout of our building. You can book your wheelchair timeslot here.
Other items that can not be taken into the attraction include:
- Motorcycle helmets
- Skateboards, scooters, and rollerblades
- Tripods
- Prohibited items include sharp objects or anything which may be considered a security risk including penknives, scissors, metal nail files, toy or replica guns.
- Alcohol cannot be brought into the attraction.
- Suitcases or large items of hand luggage. These can be left in our cloakroom for an additional charge. Please note that the cloakroom is manned, however all items are left the owner's risk.
