All visitors must select a 15-minute arrival time slot when purchasing tickets in order to manage visitor flow and minimise queueing.
Guests may arrive at any point within their selected time slot; early entry will not be permitted.
Late arrivals will be accommodated in the next available time slot where possible; however, admission cannot be guaranteed.
The selected time slot indicates the time to arrive and join the queue, not the time of entry, and this should be considered during peak periods.
Visitors who arrive after the final time slot of the day will not be admitted. Should you need to rearrange your booking, please contact us for assistance.
