Due to the heritage nature of our building, Madame Tussauds London is set across multiple floors with stairs as the primary means of reaching each level. Most guests will use stairs to move between each floor.
Madame Tussauds London does however have a lift system reserved for use by wheelchair users and guests with severe mobility concerns. Our trained staff will ensure that guests using a wheelchair or with mobility concerns are transported safely from floor to floor within our building by providing supervised access to the lifts.
For safety reasons, we can only accept three wheelchair users in the building at any one time and one wheel chair per time slot; groups including a wheelchair user must therefore pre-book their wheelchair slot in advance online.
Guests with mobility concerns may also make use of this lift system with staff supervision - please speak to a member of staff on the day of your visit if you feel this may be necessary.
