Door 2 - Trade Client Tickets
Head to this door if you're using tickets purchased through a trade client.
Door 3 – Online Priority, Merlin Annual Pass & Merlin Magic Pass
Head to this door if you're using a Merlin Annual Pass, a Merlin Magic Pass or purchased a Priority Entrance ticket.
Door 4 – Online General Admission Tickets (Collect at Attraction)
Head to this door if you purchased your tickets online and have a time slot booked. Please only join the queue at the timeslot stated on your ticket.
Door 5 - Print at Home Tickets, Disabled Access & Time-Slotted Combination Tickets
Head to this door if you have already printed your tickets purchased on the Madame Tussauds website, if you have a combination ticket from another London Merlin attraction (Coca-Cola London Eye, London Dungeon, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, or Shrek's Adventure) and have booked into a time slot, or if you require disabled access.
Door 6 - Cloakroom & Pushchair Drop Off
Head to this door to store your pushchair and if you want to leave something in our cloakroom. (Please note pushchairs are not permitted inside the attraction.)
Door 7 – Combination Tickets & Groups (15+ people)
Head to this door if you have a combination ticket from another London Merlin attraction (Coca-Cola London Eye, London Dungeon, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, or Shrek's Adventure) but haven't booked into a time slot, or if you are in a group of more than 15 people.
PLEASE NOTE: The door numbers are subject to change between low and high season - please double check which door you should be entering via with a member of staff on the day.
When collecting your tickets, please present your payment card, booking reference number and photo ID at the admissions desk.
