Firstly, if you are concerned that each ticket in your order does not have the name of each member of your party on it, please do not worry. This is not necessary, and your booking does not need to be amended.
We are not able to change the name on a booking. If the person named on the booking will not be attending and the person attending needs to collect the tickets on the day, then the person named on the booking will need to write a signed letter of authorisation to the named person collecting the tickets, including the below details:
“I *name of card holder* authorise *name of person collecting tickets* to collect the tickets from order number *booking reference* paid for by my card *last 4 digits of credit card used*.
The named person collecting the tickets will also need to bring valid photo ID along with the signed letter.
Please be aware if you are collecting a Merlin Annual Pass the card used for payment will ALWAYS be required and the pass/es will NOT be issued without it.
