In order to ensure that we are regulating entry into our attraction, for both the safety and comfort of our guests, we ask that when purchasing a ticket you choose a convenient time slot for entry into our queues.
If you miss this time slot we will do our best to get you in at the next available time. Upon arrival to the attraction, please speak with a member of the team. If however we cannot do this, we will advise you on when we can accommodate you into the attraction.
Please note: if you are running late for the last timeslot of the day, we will not be able to admit any guest after we close our front doors for the day. We will be happy to assist in rescheduling your tickets if you contact us over at guest.experience@madame-tussauds.com.
