Please don’t worry. Firstly, please check your junk or spam folders in your inbox as sometimes our e-mails can end up in the wrong folders. Also, please note that if you ordered via Paypal, you may have booked your tickets using an email address you no longer use, or check infrequently, as the confirmation email will automatically send to the address registered to your Paypal account.
Secondly, when the booking was completed online, it should have provided you with your booking reference number. If you have this, along with the card you made payment with and photographic ID the team onsite will be able to locate your order and issue the tickets upon your arrival.
If you, unfortunately, don't have the reference number, then you can check the status of your booking here to resend your e-mail confirmation.
