Door 2 - Trade Client Tickets, Purchasing Tickets & Promotional Vouchers
Head to this door if you are using tickets purchased through a trade client, if you're purchasing tickets or using a promotional voucher on the day.
Door 1 - Selected Trade Client Tickets
Head to this door if you are exchanging vouchers from BIG BUS, Ticmate, Evans Evans Tours, Golden Tours, Tesco or Visit Britain in order to purchase your tickets.
Door 3 – Online Priority, Merlin Annual Pass & Merlin Magic Pass
Head to this door if you are using a Merlin Annual Pass, a Merlin Magic Pass or purchased a Priority Entrance ticket.
Door 4 – Online General Admission Tickets
Head to this door if you purchased your tickets online and have a time slot booked.
Door 5 - Premium Tickets & Disabled Access
Head to this door if you have purchased Premium tickets or if you require disabled access.
Door 6 - Cloakroom & Pushchair Drop Off
Head to this door to store your pushchair and if you want to leave something in our cloakroom. (Please note pushchairs are not permitted inside the attraction.)
Door 7 – Cluster Tickets & Groups (15+ people)
Head to this door if you have a cluster ticket from another Merlin attraction, or if you are in a group of more than 15 people.
